Branding Motion Graphics
In an attempt to draw inspiration from my favorite era of design, Victorian, I created this magic kit packaging system. This project, primarily an exploration into packaging design, was incredibly self indulgent. I utilized dense patterns and illustrations to try and re-create this eclectic type of design for a modern audience.
I created an entire identity system for the Fare Film Festival. The goal of this fesitval is to bridge the gap between cherished medieval classics and innovative genre reimaginings. This festival offers an immersive journey through a diverse selection of medieval media, both renowned and lesser-known.
Electric Dreams Project Branding Motion Graphics Art Direction
Inspired by internet ARG’s I sought out to create a branding system for a fictional company that specializes in packaging and shipping the stored conciousness of a loved one.
Accompanying the branded props is a short film and set of motion graphics.
This project was influenced by my love for film and the promotional material that accompanies it. I worked hard to develop an identity that felt true to the content featured within the magazine. This issue is about ‘Cinematic Violence’ and its effect on viewers.
Inspired by my home state, Texas, I created music box set that features
a set of three cassette compilations.
The songs are all featured in films that take place across Texas. These songs reflect the essence of the state, without playing into southern stereotypes.
Through interviews with my peers and personal writings I seek to figure out what makes an object lucky and why people are so attached to these objects.
The goal of this branding project was
to explore the aesthetics of coastal towns and use it as inspiration for
a restaurant.
The name ‘Mile 32’ references the length of Galveston Island and the rough sans serif used for the logo
is inspired by crates used to smuggle alcohol during Prohibition.
